A Wonderful Delight at Great Wolf Lodge
This week we went to Great Wolf Lodge in Traverse City, Michigan. I’ve been there before and love it! It is so much fun. The first time that you are there, you are just amazed at the awesomeness. There are so many ways to have Fun at Great Wolf Lodge…
My friend Isabella came to play one day with us – it was FUN!
I asked her to tell my readers about her experience…
On August 18th I went with my friend Lillie to the Great Wolf Lodge in Traverse City. We went down a gigantic yellow water slide sitting on these tubes. The first time you go you get an exciting feeling like you just want to jump right out of the tube but luckily I did not, neither did Lillie. Anyways it was a fun experience and there was green one and a blue one. And there was a big indoor water park with a big bucket of water that falls on you if you’re in the right place.
There is also this game called Magiquest were you buy a wand and you go around and solve a mystery it is really fun. I enjoyed it and I hope I can come back soon…
Thanks, Isabella!
Besides the waterpark, there are many things to do. You can play Magiquest, which is a treasure hunt game that I love. You can play in the arcade – which I also love. I won a really cute pink wolf!
I also went to Cub Club, and made two special things…
The first is that I made my VERY OWN bubblebath. Here’s how you do it:
You take a scent and mix it in to the gel, and then you take a color and mix it in. Then you name it, and put stickers on it. I named mine Strawberry Fun. Can you guess what it smelled like?
I also tie-dyed a shirt. I chose a tshirt with the new character, Violet the Wolf, on it. It is different than tie-dying at home. It is fun! You twist up the shirt and then squirt the dye on. After you’re done, you come back the next day and voila, your new cool shirt is ready!
Brittany helped me in the Cub Club and she’s very kind. She also led a class the next day, on how to take trick pictures and make origami wolves. Thank you, Brittany!
I hope that you can go to Great Wolf Lodge because it is SO FUN.
Note: My family and I traveled to Great Wolf Lodge on a media visit for http://www.WanderingEducators.com and http://www.LilliesSuitcase.com. We received the media rate for our rooms, and my Cub Club activities were courtesy of Great Wolf Lodge. THANK YOU!
